REGRESO HISTÓRICO DE IRON MAIDEN AL RESURRECTION FEST
Resurrection Fest Estrella Galicia ha revelado hoy el primer adelanto de su edición 2026. Edición marcada por uno de los anuncios más esperados por la comunidad metalera: Iron Maiden volverá a Viveiro tras una década de ausencia con su espectacular gira Run For Your Lives. En esta gira repasarán todos los grandes himnos de su carrera. Será, sin duda, un momento histórico para el festival y sus asistentes.
A este regreso se suma Limp Bizkit, que ofrecerá en Resurrection Fest, su único concierto en España en 2026, un retorno muy esperado por sus seguidores tras 14 años sin pisar territorio español. Se confirma la presencia de una figura icónica del rock internacional: Marilyn Manson, que formará parte de la alineación principal del evento.
El avance de cartel no se detiene ahí. También se incorporan nombres de primer nivel como Trivium, una de las bandas más queridas por el público del festival. Cavalera Conspiracy, quienes interpretarán de forma exclusiva el legendario disco Chaos A.D. de Sepultura.
NUEVOS ANUNCIOS DEL CARTEL
El cartel se completa con una cuidada selección de bandas que abarcan distintos estilos dentro del espectro del metal y el rock alternativo. Desde Estados Unidos llegarán P.O.D. (único concierto en España en 2026), auténticos referentes del nu metal internacional, y Blood Incantation (único concierto en España en 2026), una de las formaciones más respetadas y vanguardistas del death metal contemporáneo. Se suma también la presencia de Converge (único concierto en España en 2026), banda de culto del hardcore y el metal experimental, cuyo legado ha sido fundamental para el desarrollo de la música extrema moderna.
Desde Finlandia, The Rasmus (único concierto en España en 2026) traerán su reconocible propuesta de rock alternativo melódico, mientras que la nueva generación del metalcore estará representada por Imminence (único concierto en España en 2026) y Thrown, dos de los nombres con mayor proyección internacional en los últimos años. También destaca la presencia de Caliban (único concierto en España en 2026), pioneros del metalcore alemán, y de los alemanes Feuerschwanz (único concierto en España en 2026), conocidos por su vibrante directo cargado de energía folk-metal.
Desde Japón aterrizarán Man With A Mission (único concierto en España en 2026), una banda que ha sabido combinar el rock alternativo con una imagen única y una base de fans en constante crecimiento. Por su parte, el hardcore más contundente llegará de la mano de Get The Shot (único concierto en España en 2026), mientras que House of Protection (único festival en España en 2026) llevará su propuesta directa y visceral al Chaos Stage. Cerrando este primer avance, The Vintage Caravan (único concierto en España en 2026) ofrecerán una potente dosis de rock psicodélico y clásico con sello islandés.
Asimismo, House of Protection ofrecerá en Resurrection Fest su única actuación en un festival en España en 2026, consolidando la apuesta del evento por propuestas emergentes de gran calidad.

IRON MAIDEN’S HISTORIC RETURN TO RESURRECTION FEST
Resurrection Fest Estrella Galicia today revealed the first preview of its 2026 edition. This edition was marked by one of the most anticipated announcements by the metal community: Iron Maiden will return to Viveiro after a decade of absence with their spectacular Run For Your Lives tour. On this tour, they will revisit all the greatest anthems of their career. It will undoubtedly be a historic moment for the festival and its attendees.
This return is accompanied by Limp Bizkit, who will perform at Resurrection Fest, their only concert in Spain in 2026, a long-awaited return by their fans after 14 years without setting foot on Spanish soil. The presence of an iconic figure of international rock is confirmed: Marilyn Manson, who will be part of the event’s main lineup.
The preview of the lineup doesn’t stop there. Also joining the festival are top-tier names such as Trivium, one of the festival’s most beloved bands, and Cavalera Conspiracy, who will perform Sepultura’s legendary album Chaos A.D. exclusively.
